EXCITING NEWS!!! NEW LOCATION & NEW SCHEDULE
Hello Everyone,
Hope this finds you well… AND itching to start training capoeira. I have some exciting news about a new space I will be teaching at this fall! I am SUPER happy about it as its been a long time coming and feels like this might be just what I have been looking for since coming to Boston!
Its a great facility in a great location (1/4 block from the Broadway T stop on the Red Line), but more importantly its owners David and Todd are excited to offer capoeira, are really nice, AND have created a fantastic community with an open and conscious vibe that I’m psyched to contribute to, and think you all will be happy to become a part of.
Here is the deal:
• Classes will be held at South Boston Yoga. In September they are transitioning from the current location to a new, larger space very close to the current spot.
• There will be a Grand Opening the weekend of OCT 1st, 2nd & 3rd with FREE classes and party events all weekend! YES, FREE
• Ongoing Capoeira classes will be: MONDAYS 5:45pm-7:15pm, and WEDNESDAYS 7:30-9:00pm
• ALL CLASSES at the studio UNTIL OCT 15TH WILL BE $5!!! This means YOGA, Capoeira, Acro Yoga.. ALL OF IT $5!!!
DATES TO KNOW AND RESERVE:
• September 20th, Monday 5:45pm: Tentative FIRST class, depending on when the new space is officially completed. I will let everyone know asap! If we start on the 20th classes will be ongoing from that point forward on Mons & Weds evenings.
• October 2nd, Saturday, 10:00-11:30am: FREE CAPOEIRA CLASS as part of the Grand Opening Celebration. TELL EVERYONE
• October 4th and from then on… Firm START date for ongoing classes
• November 20th, Saturday: Basics Capoeira Workshop 4:30-6pm (More info to follow)
I am excited to share this news and hope you will help spread the word… IN OTHER WORDS TELL ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE YOU KNOW… this is a great chance for you and others to start capoeira, or yoga or just come check it all out! Its gunna be hot.
Also, NOW is the time to free up your schedules so you can train regularly on Mondays and Wednesdays! You know, you’ve got three weeks to prepare… tell your partner Monday and Wednesdays are YOUR nights, tell you job you have important meetings you MUST attend so you have to leave work on time, tell your families you’ll be a much happier person AFTER you get to train, and tell your friends to COME WITH YOU!
